Course Description
* Acupressure is a major component in Thai Yoga Massage. In this 1-day, 8 CE hour Intensive, you will learn to locate, palpate, and stimulate 68 of the most frequently used acupressure points in the body. You will also learn the theory of Yin-Yang, the indications for each point, and when to easily incorporate them into your sessions, whether you work on a mat or a massage table.
* Participants will receive a complementary workbook with diagrams and detailed descriptions of the Acupressure points covered. The course will include lecture, demonstration, hands-on components and verbally-guided practices.
* Class size is limited, thereby offering the opportunity for more individual attention and instructor feedback. Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion for 8 NCBTMB + Thai Healing Alliance International CE hours.

Instructor Bio: Eric Spivack is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and NCBTMB-Approved Continuing Education Provider, as well as, an East Asian Medicine Practitioner, Certified Viniyoga Instructor and Ayurveda Health Coach. He has taught over 600 Thai Yoga Massage workshops and has presented courses in Thailand, throughout the United States and at the Washington state and national American Massage Therapy Association conventions.
Eric has been to Thailand 16 times to study with a wide variety of teachers and holds certificates from many Thai institutions. He is considered a fun and attentive instructor who has a deep passion for teaching.
Cancellation Policy: $100 of the class fee is a non-refundable deposit to hold your space in the class. If you cancel with less than two weeks' notice or fail to show for class, your tuition will be forfeited. In the event the workshop is canceled by the instructor, a 100% refund will be issued.
